GREAT customer service & accommodations
Folks at the front desk were AMAZING! as well as the man (Sean?) who took my phone call to reserve the room - I really liked the person to person conversation so all was ok. Our room was GREAT, comfortable, clean, etc - THANK YOU. Breakfast wasn't bad, typical fair --- the fruit was a bit "old" (bananas are so hard to keep up with, aren't they?). I did have to change which credit card I was using to process the payment of the room ... however, the 1st 'hold' is still pending, and funds held on my CC/debit card with Chase (UGH)! So, that is an unexpected 'hold' of funds as I am traveling for the next 5 days, and need funds to be able to do that. I do realize this last issue may not be under the hotel's control, just a 'travel'
