When I was checking into the hotel, I was met with a very rude and disrespectful customer service representative. I had my money in my hand and my debit card and ID to pay. The man kept telling me if I’m not ready to pay. I need to go sit down I was just trying to make small talk with the man. He was being very rude and inappropriate with me. There was a lady who came down the stairs because she had deactivated her key by accident when I handed him the money to check into my room. He proceeded to help the customer while still holding the money that I gave him. He also told me to go sit down if I’m not ready to pay he told me to go sit down like several times I went to go sit down two times because I did not want to get put out the hotel. It was already 5 o’clock in the morning and I had already wanted to do an early check-in I didn’t want to cause any more problems seeing that he was very upset. I just need y’all to do something about that because I know that you guys have a high quality standard for customer service and I have never experienced customer service from you guys. That was this low so if you guys could please either compensate me with points or a free stay or something because I did not expect that especially coming from you guys

Convenient to airport

Hotel was fine. Clean and friendly staff. However, I thought there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. Turns out they call you a Uber and it’s $ 12.50 to and from. May not have stayed there had I known that in advance.
