Very pleasant desk clerk at 3:00AM.

There were mainly concerns with the hotel overall, but we did choose to stay. However there is NO elevator, the manager cancelled my reservation 3 times in one day, the lock to outside main door in broken, it smells like weed where multiple families are living there and workers' rooms. The pool was very cold, some areas smelled like mildew and there was mold on the walls as well with holes in the walls. Additionally, the cleaning job was not that clean with room doors left open after the "cleanings." I have pictures as proof too.

Hotel was incredibly dirty and smelly. Walking through the halls it reeked of marijuana. Our room was not clean at all. Black hairs all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, etc. Other debris on the floor, in the drawers, etc. Hairs on the “clean” towel I used to dry off after my shower. Just all around disgusting. Also was charged $129 per night under a room block for Iowa Games and when someone else asked to book a room separately from the block they were told th r price was like $56. Absolutely outrageous the price I was charged for that disgusting hotel.
