The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The evening clerk needs to be friendlier. She told me that I had to pay $100 deposit in case anything happened to the room. I have never paid this at any of the other hotels. I was supposed to receive the deposit after checkout. The elevator was all scratched and needs to be painted. The hallway carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The hallway also needs to be cooled. The room needs updating. The foyer light had something nasty on it, and had not been cleaned. The central unit took forever to cool down. The furniture was scratched. The headboard on the bed had not been cleaned in a while. The next morning, we noticed the central unit had leaked onto the carpet. My wife found out when she got out of bed. We let the front desk know. We didn’t want to switch rooms because we had already unpacked. When we checked out Monday, we didn’t receive a copy of our bill nor let us know about the deposit. Breakfast food was good, but not replaced when needed. We probably won’t stay here again. The photos on the internet were misleading. Very disappointed.

NOBODY should stay here!!! It is dirty and smelly and an insult to every other Comfort Suite we have stayed at, and we have stayed at several. We refused the first room, and the second room wasn’t much better. The furniture is trash, all the finish is worn off the edges. The bathroom vent fan was coated in dust, so I seriously doubt it did any good. The toilet was flaky, and I discovered the lid on the toilet tank was for another toilet. The top of the bed head boards, which were mounted on the wall, had so much dust nobody must have touched them for months. The sheets on my wife’s bed were picked like a cat had scratched them, or maybe somebody had bought them at a thrift store. The pillows smelled like dirty hair, even thru the pillowcase. We were able to stay by using ample amounts of Febreeze and dusting where we could.The air conditioner worked well enough to keep the room comfortable, but would cycle off for long periods of time. The TV is so old the numbers are worn off the remote. The elevator worked but it was really beat up. We ate breakfast both mornings we stayed, but after my wife managed to see the sorry state of the kitchen area she wished we had eaten elsewhere. I understand the room was bargain priced, but there is no reason for everything to be dirty and the furniture to be unfit for use. We will NEVER stay here again, and would encourage everyone else to seek alternate lodging!!!
