I booked the room for my daughter and my grandaughter (3mths old), her friend and her son (6 monts old), the first room they were booked in rm 318, the door would not stay shut and they requested a different room, they were moved to across the hall to rm 319. they were there visiting friends and family. i only booked this hotel bc they needed a pet friendly hotel. grateful for that feature.

The hotel is under construction. So there's bundles and stacks of material everywhere. The shower was more than dirty. My key card kept failing to allow me to access my room. The blankets were very worn and out dated. And the ac hardly kept the room at a decent temperature. And one of the house keepers asked me if I had 2 dollars so they could use the vending machine.

Hotel was under rebuild removing any chance for a 1st floor room. Had this been identified during the booking process we would have found a different place.
