Horrible accommodations
The hotel is not clean. The staff made us bring our own dirty towels to the first floor for exchange for news simply because they didn’t schedule a housekeeper for the night during a time when the hotel was full. The indoor pool water was nasty. The bed sheets were not clean. I had to go out and purchase some and pillows. The breakfast was subpar. The keys stopped working several times. The elevator shakes. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean our room.
