The pool could be cleaner The parking lot could be a lot cleaner The elevators could be touched up The owners are very respectful very welcome Nobody wants to work probably short staff The place is very comfortable I would give it a 4.5 all day

There was no non-slip bath strips or bath mat in the bathroom bathtub. My husband (68) stepped in and slipped immediately which put his legs in the bath & the rest of his body on the floor outside the tub. Fortunately he did not seriously injure himself but I did mention the bath strips to the main desk. Also our sink would not drain properly. I did not mention that. I also had to ask for tea in the morning as it was not out at the breakfast hour. Once, I had to wait for staff to return to the breakfast area to obtain a tea bag. There was hot water but no tea unless you asked. This was our first time in a Clarion and probably the last.
