Stinks ,stain on sheets to many repairs needed in the room

Checked in at 9 PM the TV didn't work. A lot of noise in the parking lot from a group of people. Went to put food from our cooler in the frig. There was someone's leftover food in the frig.

The property is quite poorly maintained. Some examples…..over a one night stay, four employees at different times had to help us get into our room. There was a penny in the drain to keep it open, as it had broken. I learned this as I could not get the drain to plug when I wanted to have a bath. (I forgot to put the penny back). The breakfast room was very dirty and not checked or cleaned, the entire counter was sticky, and spilled food was on the floor. The coffee ran out, then the plates ran out, then also had to also tell the front desk person there was no sugar, but they were out of sugar. Couldn’t wait to check out.
