Quiet

There were dead bugs in the room. There were obvious patches of dust throughout. I asked for a few extra minutes to transport things from my room to my car on the other side of the building because I'm disabled and traveling alone (and was told I could have until 11:30), but my key was already deactivated, and I had to ask for help getting back in. I had pile my things on the sidewalk so I could make the trips, because there was "Gold status and up" parking on my side, but no handicapped spots other than one by the front door. Breakfast was advertised, but consisted of waffles, cornflakes and cheerios, which were supposed to be eaten in the lobby. I understand you get what you pay for, but I expect a room that's clean, staff that isn't asleep at check in/check out, and if breakfast is advertised, something I can eat besides dry cereal.

had to ask for wash clothes, they should have been in the room. no fruit for breakfast, muffins or bagels. only two very soft pillows were on the bed had to ask for more pillows.
