Nice

The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Upon arriving to our room my child was going to shower and the shower head was not working. I went down stair to let the front desk clerk know and she assigned us a room next door. We get settled in the new room my child is in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers are empty. I go back down to get new bottles. The people staying next door to us were up and loud til very late in the night we could hear them being intimate and moaning. The next morning 6 am the room was so bright because the curtains wouldn’t draw closed and only had white mesh curtains that covered the majority of the window the rest was side panels that wouldn’t draw closed. So my entire family was awake at 6. Went down to breakfast and poured some waffle mix into the waffle iron and immediately burned my hand when I went to turn it. As I am trying turning it the handle falls off!! The manager asked if I wanted burn cream but I refused as I knew I had some in our luggage upstairs. Another customer at the hotel even stated she saw me burn my hand and asked if I was ok. I have never really had issue at a choice hotels location before but this stay was not one that I enjoyed and I most definitely will not return to their location again unfortunately. Roswell NM is where I grew up and I visit often and would love to be able to stay in choice hotel’s facilities but the comfort suites there is not up to standard.
