Checked in fine, the bathroom in room 205 had mold all in the shower & it made my feet itch. I requested another room but none was available for us that evening. The desk clerk Dave never followed up with me the next day for the switch. The mini frig would not get cold so my whipped cream cake melted. The phone is our room didn’t work so when I needed anything for example: “the do not disturb sign”; I had to go down to the front desk. I don’t know why they wouldn’t have one in the room. The room was nice; I don’t care to be all the way at the end of the hall. Old people can’t do that much walking. It was a challenge for Mr and his bad feet. I would like to include pictures. Note: The room size was okay. The breakfast was the worst; it was never fully stocked. No fruit, no yogurt, no regular coffee Sat or Sun. Only today before check out. I would not suggest it to anyone and I would not want to stay there ever again. The ladies were friendly, David was not. He doesn’t even say “Good morning” or Hello, Humbly submitted, Morah T. When we first arrived, we got sent to a room that was already occupied, so we had to go back to the front desk to get assigned another room. When we got to our new room, we discovered that our toilet wouldn't flush nor would our sink drain which was very inconvenient. When we visited the pool, there were no clean towels available, and for our whole stay there was no regular coffee available at the breakfast buffet only decaf which was very disappointing. While the towels and coffee were only minor inconveniences, they contributed to the many problems we encountered on our 3 night stay.

Our room had a very strong unpleasant smell, probably coming from the very old and dirty carpets. And our sheets all had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel itself has an odour but it was much worse in our room.
