Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and hot. Room was clean and comfortable.

There were ants in my room & bed. I was exhausted from my traveling of the day and did not know about the bed until. I woke up with them crawling on me. I killed what was on me and swiped the bed out. And attempted to sleep more. I feel as I wasted my points on what I thought was going to be a new clean motel.

The hotel felt like it was air conditioned by swamp cooler. You could see the precipitation on the windows. Musky smell & damp feeling. Upon checking in and inspecting the room. We opened the pullout couch to find mold and the mattress was disintegrated and stained!? Yuck. We took photos and went to the front to get another room. We were placed in another room easily but the same thing in room number 2. Mold in the couch and also gross stains on the pull out couch mattress. Went back to the front desk a 3rd time. And got a 3rd room and unfortunately this room was the same as the rest. I could not consciously allow my children to sleep in a bedroom with mold. Yikes. We did not stay here . Still waiting for my refund
