I left my AirPods on bed in clear bag went to restroom forgot to grab bag called two hours later and they said they didn’t have them. Stolen by cleaning crew. Transients around entire building on meth! Won’t be back!

They gave me a smaller room than the one I had booked and tried to convince me it was correct. When I questioned it, they blamed me for the mix-up. I stay at this hotel every month, but when I mentioned that I might go elsewhere in the future, they simply said, “Fine.” I looked for another nearby hotel, but everything was full, so I decided to stay. Ten minutes later, they called and asked, “Are you going to leave or what?” I will never stay at a Choice Hotel again, and I will ensure that no one else from my company does either. To have management place the blame on me for their own mix-up is extremely poor customer relations. And for the record, I work for a very large company with locations all across the U.S.

My only complaint is we were there for an extended stay and we were never asked if we had trash that needed to be taken or if we needed clean towels. I understand that house keeping is only on request but, just a check in would of been welcome.
