This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Our whole extended family booked this hotel for a family reunion, and after one night, we all left except for one room. There were so many horrific things that were wrong, but the worst was the marijuana smoke filling our room at 1:45 am and waking us up, only to be told by the hotel staff the next morning it was just perfume and I should have patrolled the hallways and reported the room number. I was traveling with two young children and didn’t want them breathing in pot smoke all night or think it’s my job to “patrol and report”. Totally horrible customer service! My cousins bought room fresheners and air purifiers to address the stink in each room and my aunt slept with her window open. The homeless people and people walking around in their underwear made me feel so unsafe. Brandon, the security guard, was the only redeeming quality of this hotel because he escorted me to the parking lot to keep me safe. None of the side doors are locked which is unsettling. Returning to my room, my card didn’t work so the front desk person “reactivated” my card and I had to go up to my room and back down 3 times because it never worked (he should have just given me a new card). Brandon used a master to get me in. I should also mention the first room we were in had poop and/or poop stains on the sheets. We requested a room change and instead of apologizing, the staff scolded me and said I needed to inspect the room better. There were many many many other issues. I couldn’t stay for the two nights I booked. I’ve never felt more unsafe and dirty in a hotel!

I had a bad manner by the front desk staff.

Easy to get to. The outdoor pool was refreshing. The room was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well .
