Reviews
Extremely satisfied customer
Your staff was awesome. I also liked the valet parking. They were also awesome and very accommodating. We felt safe and even though they were doing construction it didn't interfere with the welcome that we received. We talked 2 other guests in the area to change their hotels to you and they were as pleased as we were. We will be using your hotel in our future visits to Charleston.

Too much construction activity right now...we will continue to use this site because it is only 2 blocks from our medical care facility.
Your staff does a good job despite the perturbations of construction.
One note: an unplanned fire alarm went off about 3 p.m. the afternoon of our first day there. We evacuated by the stairwell (from the 7th floor) as we should have. On our way down the stairs, the alarm was silenced (after a minute or so of noise). We evacuated anyway, as we should and made our way around to the front entry. When we went to the desk area, we were told the test was on accident and the fire marshal had reset everything. I asked if anyone had checked the occupied rooms and construction areas even though the alarm was silenced?..I got a blank look....unplanned and accidentals happen...so do real fires...someone should have CHECK EVERY FLOOR and NOTIFY ALL OCCUPANTS as step one on their fire alarm response checklist.

Rooms were clean and new. Lobby, hallway, and elevator were a construction zone. NOT ENOUGH parking
