Exceeds Expectations

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot of options and the dining area was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The adjustable shower pressure was great and the room was clean and smelled fresh. As a solo female I felt very safe even going outside for a smoke at night, but also like that you needed a guest key to enter the building after dark. Within walking distance to several restaurants and a convenient store, and a mile or so away from a ton of shopping and grocery stores. For less than $100/night even on Fridays and Saturdays it exceeds expectations. Will definitely be back! :)

Bathroom was a mess. The toilet seat was not fully secured to the toilet. The shower stall had anti-slip tape peeling off the floor.

Not Up to Sleep Inn Standards

Please call me at the number on file for me. I have pictures to share. Also: 1. On check in, told attendant room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. She offered to change my room but I said it was OK. 2. TV would not work on cable and the remote control was sticky/gummy (gross feeling). I didn't try to fix it or do any buttons on the TV. Early the next morning I told the attendant. I came back to the room later that evening and not only was this not addressed, the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the desk and the attendant said I probably left the do not disturb sign. I did not. She went back to the room and pushed some buttons on the side of the TV and got it working. The spare remotes she had available were also sticky/gummy so I used the gross one for that evening. 3. Toilet seat had stains/scratches 4. Toilet lid cracked 5. Shower door would not close all the way. Had to keep pushing it to close while I took a shower. NOT the best Sleep Inn experience!
