I get that this is a lower priced hotel, but there are basic things that could easily be improved to make it better. First off, the room had an uncomfortable dampness to it, even with the a/c running. Room entry light not working, desk lamp bulb burned out, desk chair back broken, hot tub not very hot-jets not all working and the chemical vapors left the eyes burning, no towels in pool area, cold coffee in lobby, no phone/updated outlets in room. The lot was also being black topped and there was no warning. I arrived back in the evening and most of the lot was blocked off. There should also be a city light to the access road, as it was extremely dark and difficult to find the road leading to the hotel.

Property was clean and well managed but very outdated and smelled musty in the rooms.

My room had an Oder to it and even w AC it lingered. The AC did not ever get the humidity out of the room and it was very damp and even the clothes in my suitcase were damp. Also, there was a dog across the hall that barked continuously at night and then again first thing in the morning. Glad it was only for 24 hours and then those people left. I am a dog owner myself and love animals but feel there should be some rules about people leaving their dogs unattended in rooms for long periods of time. I appreciated the maids coming in and emptying my baskets and replenishing towels. Nice microwave and refrigerator. Could use more lights though.
