OK the view is just stunning! That is the ONLY attribute. Where do I start. They did warn on the website there was construction going on “next doorâ€. But the construction company is using the RV Park to store the heavy equipment. Management won’t even require the company to water down the road to keep the dust down. Literally you are camping in a construction zone.
At the rear of the park are full timers (lots of them) as they should be able to come and go as they please but they are driving on that same dusty road without regards to the 30km speed limit (which in itself is too high) making it almost impossible to be outside. The park itself has not been maintained. They say grassy areas, actually are weed areas. If I could of found another park we certainly would have moved!

Camp sites are close together. Park is old and looks run down. Pay showers. Sites are level. It is close to town.

In 5 years or less this place will be expensive condos. I have no problem with that however management isn’t investing a nickel on cleaning or maintenance. This place will go downhill further unless they change their attitude. Close to Canmore and nice walk to get there. Much better location than staying in over crowded Banff.

As of 04/28/18 there is an enormous amount of construction affecting the entrance to Park. It was a total nightmare with. 35’ f/w. Park was ok other than. OK for over night stay if you check about construction.

We are staying here with a Winnebago Group and the "RV Park" is nothing more than a low rent trailer park. It is 4:14 AM and a group of the trailer park trash just wrapped up their [bad] fest. No security and no one in park management stopped the disturbance. Calls to the office were not answered. Avoid at all costs. Is there a rating lower than one? If so, this place deserves it. We have stayed in a lot of RV Parks in our 20+ years of traveling in a Motorhome. This rates as one of the worst parks we have ever seen.

Walking distance to town. Sites are gravel with some shade for some of the sites. Laundry is small and shows wear, but inexpensive. WiFi was nonexistent. Railroad tracks nearby and frequent railway noise. Lots of year-round residents. We stayed in a travel trailer.

Beware: AAA, Goodsams discount listed on "Rate Page" only. When filling out info on "Bookings Page" make sure you add your discount request to "Comments". Once they take your money it is too late. Mentioned to Manager that discounts should be on their "Bookings Page". Response from manager was not a positive experience. Will not use this place in future.
