It is a small and kinda tight place. We have a 31†class C, so it was comfortable for us. Price was good, full hook ups. The guy on staff was very friendly and helpful. We were just looking for a quick overnight stop. It would be a good one if you were visiting Petrified Forest NP. We would stop again.

Don’t know how they can justify $30 PA, $60 a night!!!!? A craphole town with nothing but wind and run down properties. Way too expensive. My slide is almost hitting my neighbors. I won’t be back.

They are remodeling. Nov 2018. Electric only. No water hookups. Too cold. Thought 21 was too much for just Electric

We stayed one night as we were passing through. New owners for the past two years, very nice, working on upgrades to property. Our area was gravel and a pull through. There is a small enclosed area for dogs. The place is "rustic" and owners want to keep some things worn and beaten for historic ambiance. The place could look scary to some.... There is a small lounge area in the main check-in building.

Keep on driving unless you are exhausted. The folks were friendly and the site was level. There is an infestation of flying ants that got into my rig. The first site I was assigned was filled with horse manure. The back in sites only ones with some shade are close together. Maybe in a couple of years it will be worth the stop but I try somewhere else.

In my last review (last stop here in Sep 2016), I said I'd be looking forward to seeing the place in a year. Still near the highway, and still best as a one-night stop, and still working hard to fix the place, and still the nicest owners. They've improved some spaces and are repairing others (e.g. all-new hookups in one area) and have improved the looks of the whole place. They now are able to take credit cards. Still a three-star place with seven-star owners. I'll likely be back yet again.

Good for an overnight stay. We stayed in site 3 which had full hook ups. The water is from a community wide well so it's lite brown in color. The washer and dryers work ok. The wifi is weak and cable tv is available in the rec room. The family that recently bought the place is working to fix it up. No credit cards accepted.
I would stay there again.

Not worth the $21.50 Passport rate... much less a full price of $43!!! There are NO full hookups; just a central dump station, then water & electric. The water looks kinda dirty. Okay to shower, but I wouldn't drink it! As mentioned by others, it's pretty much a dusty parking lot. EVERYTHING is in disrepair. Even the "playground" is not a place you'd want your kids to play; and the 3 little spring/seesaw animals are uprooted & laying on their sides like roadkill! Sad. Finally, don't think you're about to get wifi or TV; they're dead too. If you don't have your own setup, you'd better bring a book or a deck of cards.

New owners (an extended family) are working hard to straighten this place out. It's by the freeway, but that means easy-on/easy-off as well as the noise. Excellent for quick stop, not a place I'd want to spend the season in. I give the current facilities three stars but the new owners at least seven stars; will be interesting to stop here in a year, since we saw improvements during our one-night stay. (Had not gotten credit card merchant status when we stopped in July, but we're trying.)

We are members of pass port America, and decided to take advantage of the discount for one night.... What a dump, we were afraid to plug in our electric. The park is so run down it doesn't have an office, the worker saw us driving in and walk over to register us. We decided to go down the road to a SAMS RV park. It wasn't worth the discount.
