This place no longer exists. It’s a big construction site now. Go to Sun Outdoors on E Street, off of Gunpowder Point Drive.

Beautiful large park with stunning views of ocean and marina. Nice big public park tight next door for playing with dogs or kids and walking trails along marina. Nice marina restaurant. Good grocery stores, etc within 5-10 min drive. We are cyclists and rode to downtown San Diego using bike trails and paths in 30 min and to downtown Coronado in 40. Immaculately maintained grounds with nice pool, dog washing station, grassy common area for coffee in the am from the Saturday Neff coffee truck or sunset cocktails. Helpful, responsive staff. We loved this place and will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Really nice and clean park in great location. But for $100/night I expect the WiFi to stay connected and be lightning fast. Neither of those happened from our pull thru site. Working from the road was nearly impossible on this WiFi setup.

Really enjoyed this RV resort. Sun Company does a great job. Super clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the sites backing to the park / bay. Loved it. A bit pricey. If I have one knock, it is the additional $30 fee to insure the site you book online. Seems usurious after paying the daily rate. But...We will go back!!

We have been there mid October 2019. It’s a great resort, well maintained and located with Marina and bayside access. Very pricey and the most expensive site during our trip. Ultimately overpriced, WiFi with poor connection and hence not advertised across all sites. Our foldable camping chairs and a doormate were stolen and staff we not very helpful. could be a 5 star with better prices and WiFi.

The best resort in the San Diego area. Pristine, well maintained and within walking distance to restaurants, public transportation while right on the bay. We try and visit a couple of times a year. Super staff and sites are spotless!

This is truly one of the best RV parks in San Diego area. The location is convenient to the highway and City. The office staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. As for the grounds keepers they keep the place immaculate. It is one of the best places that I have stayed.

This park is a high end property but one that is great for a visit for a few days or a month! Easy access with very friendly staff. There are restaurants within an easy walk and one can enjoy a walk along the harbor or San Diego bay. Resort is very dog friendly and kept spotless. We try to visit once or twice a year just to enjoy the ocean for a few days.

There are local RV repair and supply facilities within a short distance and of course several supermarkets and big box stores. Lots to see and do in the area.

We were asked what year our rv was before deciding if we could stay - not exactly sure what that was about. It is like a sub-division, so quite fancy, everything perfect, clean & sorted. Very nice sites, with some trees, picnic tables, etc. We have only every rolled in the evening the 2 times we have stayed, then up super early. It is an expensive night for that short of stay, but it has great access to the boarder.
