Packed gravel lots, lots of trees, large fishing lake. Very quiet, adult-oriented park. $600 a month was quite reasonable for full hookups. Quite a few extended-stay campers, but they welcomed us and made us feel at home. The place was very clean, and the on-site manager is just a phone call away, and always outside working on the park. Wouldn't recommend for those who want to party, have firepits or stay up late outside talking. Everyone goes to bed early, and after hours noise is not tolerated. Best for a quiet couple or older folks. Overall, I loved the place. It was a nice home away from home, with no screaming kids or noise.

This RV park was disappointing. Upon arrival we found a boarded up office and envelopes to place payment (only cash or check) in & place into a door in the wall. We never saw an owner or manager during the week we were there. The park looked abandoned and nothing like the photos on their web site. There were few trees and lots of sandy dirt. We did have water, electric & sewer, no wi-fi, and the cable stated on their web site had been discontinued. There is a lake next to the park which draws mosquitoes. There is a path to the South Platte River with walking trails to a beautiful city park and the town of Ft. Morgan is very welcoming and community oriented. There is a wonderful museum located in the public library and free public wi-fi. I would not stay at this park again.
