Once it changed management and restricted to a 1 year lease, park seriously declined. Excellent location...and pretty land, but run down; low income residents; very unfriendly neighbors; caustic social environment; the location is the only reason we have stayed. But cut our last stay short due to disruptive neighbors with no Managment oversight.

Short stop. Mostly just a trailer park with residents and a few overnight sites. Pretty quiet. Bring your own toilet paper to restrooms.
