Three stars only because of the great location otherwise 1 or 2 based on haw cluttered and shabby looking the place is Of the twenty spots only one is not occupied by a permanent looking unit and may be available. The office is not marked - but knock on the door that has the private residence signs and wait for the owner to come outside. The one available spot is very short and maybe good for up yo 25 ft

Location, location, location
We love Matlacha and had camped at Pine Island in the past but wanted to stay closer to enjoy all the local music, drinks, and restaurants and be able to walk home. Sea Isle Resort fit the bill. If you want a little fancy even park go some where else. If you have a big rig, you may not fit
We have a little 21 foot trailer that we live in full time and we fit in perfectly. From what I can tell 99% of the spots are permanent but lucky for us Karl had a spot for us
Good wifi, full hook ups - no showers ( why I gave it 4 stars). Our trailer shower is storage but we have an out door shower to use so not a big deal
Very nice people staying here and there is a pier at the end of the property to watch the sunrise
We hope to return!
