WARNING: do NOT stay here!!!!! Dangerous, condemned trailers, druggies everywhere, cops here constantly- awful conditions. Possibly the worst “campground” in the country. More of a halfway house or homeless city. The police warned us to pick somewhere else next time. Yikes.

This place was sketchy. Lots of abandoned trailers. It’s a trailer park not a campground. It is very quiet, which was nice.

This place was horrendous. Do not stay here it is unsafe. The whole vibe at this place was unwelcoming. There were abandoned RVs, aggressive men, and no lights at all at night. Most spots are occupied by residents. This park is a total dump. I wouldn’t park there for another night. I would rather go to a Walmart parking lot.

As the other reviewer said, many seasonals in there and the spots they have with full hookup (30 amp only) were super tight!

They have a pool, free mini golf and a gaggle of Guinea Hens that roam free during the day time - I guess they munch on Mosquitos and Tics!

Wifi was decent. You need a cable box to watch TV ($50 deposit required).

If you're looking for a place to park that's close to the Jersey Shore this is one of your only options.

This was an overnight stop on the way to Virginia and it was fine for a night but I wouldn't spend much more time here!

Older campground with most sites occupied by seasonal or year around residents. Accepts Passport America so the rate was reasonable and there was no additional charge for mini golf.

We just parked our camper there this summer and plan to stay. It's nice and mostly quiet during the week like we prefer. Never spent a weekend so no idea if it livens up. The showers are nice and kept clean. The wi-fi isn't the best but if you sit outside you can at least read your email but don't expect to play online games. We definitely give it a thumbs up.
