Because I waited too long to get a site for Labor Day I could not get into any of the campgrounds that I wanted to stay at. I was very grateful to get anything for the 2 weeks we were staying. I only gave it 2 stars for these reasons. Even though there were only 4 campers in the park when we arrived at 3p they had to mow our lot as soon as we got there. At least they were careful around our motor home. Since we have a 40 ft motor home we need and want a level lot. This was not. We needed to go up on 2 blocks. The sites were stone and grass. It seems in Tennessee there is a lot of dew. The lots only had enough stone for the motor home so every time we went outside we had to walk in the grass which was soaking wet. The last complaint was the price. I never saw a breakdown but we were there for 2 full weeks and the total bill was $1258. That is over $80/day which is really expensive for that campground which is an older campground. It was close to Gatlinburg and we did back up to a creek which was a plus.

Just out of noisy but fun Gatlinburg, next to a Dollar General. Ask for a place along the creek. Clean pool, kind of outdated restrooms.
