Great place to stay & very accommodating. When we told them that we did not need a sewage hookup or even water, only a place to plug in for a couple nights since we’d be out exploring, they suggested a “storage spot” along the edge of the park. Perfect for us & half the price. Excellent access to all of Boerne, right by a Walmart & near HEB & lots of restaurants. Boerne is a charming hill country town.

Pulled in for a couple nights with 40’ + Car. Construction completed & easy to find, but had to go all around the park to get to the assigned spot. Room for big rigs and can maneuver around the park, but the roads and spaces are a little tight. Valet trash pick-up (before 09:00 Mon-Sat), which is nice. Great location to get to places in Boerne or along I-10 (Tractor Supply, Walmart, HEB, a couple RV supply places, O’Reilly’s next door, various resturants)…the roads are open so access to and from the park is easy).
No freeway road noise.
Friendly staff - main buildings have small pool, limited snack store, porch area for gatherings. Fenced-in cement for dogs, but there is also a field between the main drive and Main Street with ample room to run, a small gazebo, and a few trees. Just have to watch for cockeleburs, which can get into paw pads. There are large trash bins with poopy-scoopers in various locations.

Stopped here for night when traveling across Texas. Construction on frontage road made it difficult to find RV park entrance - had to pass it and circle around to find entrance. Park was full with mostly full timers - but well maintained. Was not able to connect to WiFi - kept getting “out of range†message. Called person identified by front office as WiFi support person - but he never called back. But four bars on Verizon so used Hot Spot. Entry and exit difficulties due to construction were annoying - but would use this park again once construction was complete.

The park is very well maintained, the management is very responsive and accommodating. The area is Beautiful. Texas friendly in every way. Highly recommend.

Last stay of a 2-week trip and it was the very worst! Placed near rear of park, our of reach of wi-fi; no bathroom code, no assistance. Construction made it almost impossible to find. A heads-up from staff on the phone would have been helpful. Extremely high priced for no amenities and no assistance.

75% of the sites are long term. Many older rvs. Good location right off I-10 close to a Walmart and HEB. 25-30 minutes from San Antonio. Not really an Rv resort. Most sites no real shade in the Texas heat. Price wise cheaper then parks in SA.

Not quite a resort! The majority of sites are on compacted gravel, the advertised tennis court is unplayable because of the grass growing up in the cracks of the asphalt and the pool is small with no hot tub. That being said it is a nice RV park, the grounds are well maintained and most of the long term stayers maintain their sites. Several of the folks we talked to had issues with leveling and some coaches had front ends off the ground. Their daily rates are high but looking at their extended stay rates they appeared better. An easy in/out if you're West bound on IH10. World stay here again.
