The manager is hardly here, when he is here, he is usually high, and does not abide by any "rules" he enforces. The laundry room is apparently a motorcycle shop/ mechanic shop for the manager of the park. The office to this place is a disgusting, cat infested, ran down rv that stinks of cat urine. The other residents, including the manager, are up all hours of the night partying, and revving up motorcycles. Calling the owner of this place won't do any good, even if the managers dog tries to bite you while walking in the road, she will tell you to go find another place. I highly recommend any other place besides this one.
