We stayed here in December of 2018. This park is fairly large and quiet even though it is right of off Texas 100. We were in a 32 ft motorhome toward the back of the property. This park is a mix of seasonal residents who live in pre-fab homes on the perimeter of the property. The resort has a strong HOA in that all the homes very well maintained both by the property owner and the property maintenance staff. The interior of the resort is a nice mix of short term RV’ers (2-3 days), mid term RV’ers (3 weeks, like us), and long term (6 months). Many are in 5th wheels and many are in large 40 foot diesel pushers. The amenities that we used were kept well cleaned (bathrooms and laundry facilities). The check-in staff while flighty at times does a great job of managing the mail and Amazon boxes that come in. Additionally, as soon as you arrive there are a couple of competing RV cleaning services that vie for your business. They did an excellent hand washing job on our RV and our toad Jeep. Another amenity is the propane tanker that comes around on Wednesday’s. You simply leave their window tag on the front and they come by. Payment is by cash. They will also come around “on demand”. The resort is convenient to Harlingen, Brownsville, Port Isabel, and South Padre Island. We visited all the cities and the wild life management areas like Laguna Atascosa. Additionally, we played a couple of nearby golf courses.

Good short stay. Friendly people. Maybe a bit pricey.
