Not a bad place, but first impression was pretty poor. So don't be scared off when you drive in. Also, manager (/owner?) is rarely in office, but can be reached by cellphone (ask any regular tenant). RVs ranged from "old" (euphemism) to nice pushers, and tenants from "regulars" to a few overnighters; all we encountered were very pleasant. Ditto Speedy's $20, but note no credit cards. Full hookups, everything worked. Would stay again.

This is an older park. Most of the people live here full time. We only found 3 available spaces. The spaces are gravel and level. I read a previous review that said the spaces were narrow. However, I'd disagree. I think the spaces are generous. You might have trouble getting into a space because of the way other people park. The owner is very friendly. It is hard finding her in the office. We only paid $20/night for a full hookup. Use your GPS to find it.

We stayed here from Thursday to Monday in early May 2016. The staff here is very friendly but do not make the mistake of turning into wrong driveway. We did & the guy was most unpleasant the sites are close together but for $10.00 a night can't complain
