It's got a country feel but close to town with stores and gas also propane. The only draw back is no laundry, pool, or restroom facilities for tent campers or non fully contained campers.

Well we got the dog issues taken care of . We had a dog that chewed up our sewer line and was getting into our trash as well. We informed the manager and he took care of it by calling the dog catcher and he replaced our sewer line out of his own pocket which was really nice of him to do. Anytime we have had an issue which has been very few he's taken care of it. He's been doing a great job cleaning the place up and makes it look beautiful. I couldn't be happier with this manager compared to the last one that was messed on God knows what kinds of drugs. He has done a great job getting the drunks and druggies out of there as well.

The new manager has addressed the dog issues there was a dog running loose that the dog catcher had to get because our sewer line was chewed up and he replaced it out of his pocket. Which he didn't have to do. I am glad to be a resident there he's been working hard to clean the place up and make it look great. It's nice quiet and the pond is beautiful. I am very thankful to the manager for addressing the issues that have come up and made things right. I couldn't ask for a better manager.

Was a nice park until New manager took over a few months ago. Since new manager rates have went up twice and manager has called city dog catcher to come get our dog for no reason. Calera city police set at end of driveway. Was a nice park till New manager took over

Place has done complete 360 new manager has really clean place up has 1acre pond full of fish fishing for residents only has 31 sites motorhomes and travel trailers pull threw close to highway but quiet for most part price is reasonable not far from casino r restaurants and stores really beautiful place

Sites are level in this basic park. Nothing fancy but okay for the price. The road is close and you will hear it. I have heard worse. They have a payment box if you arrive late in the evening.
