Great place but it is now closed. Sign at place says the business is in default and the RV resort is indefinitely closed.

Nicer sites than most RV parks, but NOT “luxury†as advertised. Could be a five-star park but needs a few basic updates and is currently lacking traditional RV park amenities and administrative oversight. BEST FEATURES: Good location, clean, mostly concrete pads, full hook-ups throughout, exceptional water pressure, ability to book and pick site locations on-line, quiet ON WEEKDAYS, larger than usual sites, the man-made lake is nice and the fountains provide a nice effect and helps to mask basic park noise. OTHER OBSERVATIONS: Front desk/reservation support is good, but overall management seems disorganized/out-of-touch and is non-responsive. We emailed them using the email address they display on their website requesting information several weeks prior to our stay, they never responded. During our stay, one site owner allowed their large dog to bark continuously all day. A group of residents hosted a VERY LOUD party into the late-night hours (well past 11PM). There were no signs that management did anything to address the barking dog or the late-night noise issues. CAUTION FOR KIDS -The playground needs updates/maintenance. It is small and worn with exposed nails/screws. The sand beneath the playground is nearly all washed away. The pool has a noticeable long crack that is caulked. NO CAMP STORE - Beyond a few small bags of chips and some ice cream chests, they do not stock or sell any traditional camp store grocery items and supplies. However, there is a very nice grocery store a few miles away. Most of the concrete pads are only 16 feet wide, which is fine for parking, but leaves you with a narrow patio space - just enough room for the picnic table. Seems odd that they went to the trouble of installing concrete pads but did not make them a bit wider to make room for more patio space. Again, they advertise this as a “luxury†park. OVERALL – The individual sites have some “luxury†features, but the general park amenities are subpar to most RV parks. This place could be exceptionally nice with a little TLC and administrative engagement.

Normally always a last minute campsite available. Extremely clean park with WiFi, cable tv, pool and most sites have grass and concrete pads. Tar on the roads for a evening walk or run. I highly recommend trying this place a few times in the summer.

Very clean, very quiet. Friendly staff. The internet does not work. Have been here for three days. Nice location.
