Went here twice to dumps our tanks while staying in Peoria with family. Man was very friendly. Just came to be sure we put our $5 in the slot. Quick and easy.

This is great for a short term stay, but anything over 30 days may not be enjoyable for some.

This is a very pet friendly park, and as long as you have an easy going dog, there is no problem with others. Make sure your dog is social.

There is wifi, but good luck as they monitor most of what you do on the internet if it goes past checking email (so no netflix at night!).

The bathrooms leave MUCH to be desired. Hot water, but don't venture in without your flip-flips...

It is easy in/out and if you call before hand to say you're checking in late, they're accommodating.

I would come back and stay again if passing through for a short vacation, (it's cheaper than most places in the area), but if I were trying to stay long-term for the winter, I would seek another place.
