Excellent location. Lots of of large spaces for big rigs. Area was not “trashed” at all. Close to a town with a Walmart.

We loved this spot! Easy to find...the better spots are on the dirt road in my opinion...stay straight where the pavement makes a sharp curve left. Easy access even for a 35’ Class A. We parked right after the curve, on the right hand side, in a large grass, scrub brush, and gravel area. Beautiful view of Mount Graham. Close to Safford if you need anything, yet quiet.

Very nice dry camping. This is one of the quietest BLM spots we have found. After about a mile the road curves to the left we went straight, gravel, and right and camped on a low bluff. Probably a hundred yards to our nearest neighbor. This area is not used much. No fire Rings where we were. Just pick a spot between creosote bushes and Park. Mostly level.

A quiet flat spot on top of the bluff overlooking the city. Mostly grass with a few desert bushes. Mount Graham is clearly visible from here and if you park your RV right you'll get a great view. Free. The hot Wells spas are about 20 more miles down the road and well worth relaxing in. Very nice facility. Price is right too. Visit during the day though as the spas are filled by a solar pump and they drain during the night.
