We were here three years ago. Man what a difference. The grass has all died and is essentially a weed patch. They now charge for everything including the mini golf course. The concrete sites we were assigned were so completely unlevel we had to switch sites and it wasn’t much better And finally this place is a pain in the ass to get to. Goes in the never again category

I like the park, but for what they are charging one should be able to get reliable internet. This is another park that utilizes Tengo. Tengo has been terrible every time we’ve encountered it.

Only came for water. Charged us $30 for water and a dump. Nice looking campground, but go somewhere else for water.

For reference, we travel the country full-time in a 45 foot MH, and we try to stay in nice RV parks. This is a Great Park for kids, (ours are all grown so they’re not with us). All of the staff are very nice.
I only gave it three stars, though. First, it loses a star because the roads in the park are all dirt, with a little bit of gravel. I’ve never seen a five-star resort that has dirt roads. At least make them gravel so we’re not dealing with dust.
It also loses a star because all of the grass is dead, and when I say dead, I mean dead!! The beautiful pictures on the website are totally misleading, because there is no grass… except in four specific sites that are occupied by long-term guests. I would assume KOA is not watering the grass because of the water shortage, (although it looks like it hasn’t been watered for years), but if that’s the case, why do these four special guests get to water their grass? The pictures on the website all show beautiful green grass – KOA, you should at least post a notice on your website that you are not watering the grass. I would like to have known that the roads were dirt and I would be tracking dead grass into my motorhome endlessly.fi

Nice friendly campground. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We were shown to our site and made to feel at home. Our site, 105, was a concrete level trailer pad with a small grassy area. Typical KOA with close sites but spacious enough. We would stay here again For sure

The campground is nice for kids, but the service is terrible. Manager quickly told us we were "silly" to expect any availability more than 1 night, then rudely turned away to finish filling the candy supply. I am a native of Ft. Collins, and this place is an embarrassment. Only option around unfortunately. Boondock if you can avoid this place.

Another top notch KOA! Clean, level, great amenities, the lake was fun. Construction next door, but it didn’t bother us.

Very large RV park with a lot of amenities you would find in a KOA Holiday. This is about an hours drive to Estes Park. Very friendly staff, safe gate/security and nice pull through sites (they have back-in as well). We thought this park was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We did not use the bathroom/shower facilities but they looked clean and well kept. Walking path around lake that your allowed catch and release fishing. Fun activities for kids, however due to COVID, some items were not available. We would definitely come back to this park when in the area.

What a nice place. Pricey but worth it especially if you have a dog or kids. Very nice path around a small fishing lake to walk. Lots of retired folks as employees that were just delightful. We would definitely stay again. What a great area!

This was a clean well maintained park. Our site was perfect, except for the sewer hookup being a bit too far back to the rear for an easy hookup so we dumped just before we left, no problem. The park is very nice with lots and lots of activities for families and kids. The hike around the lake is wonderful, there are murals of animals on the trees. Staff was helpful and we really enjoyed our stay for two nights and wished we stayed longer. The town of Fort Collins looks nice, and because our stay was during COVID 19, we had limited access. There are a ton of restaurants, shopping and cool things to see like the river that flows through town. Bike trails, parks, and the snow capped mountains in the distance. We will come here again, and have talked about making this a place for a family reunion as there are tent sites, cabins and full hookup RV sites all in close proximity. Verizon signal was good, did not use the wifi.
