Pack Creek was fine if you make a reservation well in advance so you get a good site. If you are in a tent ask for T1 through T7. Otherwise you are in a dust bowl. Bathrooms clean. You hear neighborhood dogs barking all night. Some full time trailer residents that make it look a bit trashy. From what else we saw in Moab it is a decent choice.

We enjoyed our stay at Pack Creek. The staff was really friendly and our site had a tree for some much-needed shade. The shaded picnic area was also nice. The bathrooms were cleaned every day, but at night bugs seemed to flock to the lights and then die all over the sinks, making it a little gross until they were cleaned again the next day. But with three free nights for military guests, the value of this campground can't be beat.

Positives: off the highway. More rustic like a campground rather than an RV parking lot. Quiet even though lots of campers in the campground. Our space had ample outside room plus a tree for shade. Reasonable cost--lowest rate we saw for Moab. Negatives: most full hook up sites were too close together with little outside living space. Tent camping sites and group camping sites were better. Reserve a site by the creek. Bathrooms were okay. Women's BR under renovation but usable except that workers in there during the day. We would likely return as most RV parks are directly on the highway--Pack Creek is a much more pleasant location as long as you can forego upscale amenities.

Front half of park is an old mobile home park, the back half is a RV parking lot. Half of those seem to be year around spots, the other half for passing thru. Off the main road.

This was an OK place to stay. A little bit of highway noise off in the distance.
