Our 3rd year here! Awesome campground very friendly staff (love Loni)! Close to great trails and conveniently located right across the street from a gas station and delicious restaurant. Sites are very well maintained. Pool and spa a plus! Come see for yourself!

Located just a few miles from Moab. Sites are large pull throughs with mature trees. We were given number 507 which is in the back and quiet. It was very expensive during Easter weekend. Office was helpful.

Very nice site, private and quiet, shaded by large cottonwood tree. Site and lanes nicely graveled, no blowing dust! Restrooms, laundry and lounge immaculate and upscale.
Very nice pool and spa, which we didn’t try.
Office staff and grounds keepers very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

This is a lovely campground right on Hwy 191. It is a few miles outside of Moab. The Wifi and cell phone signal were excellent. The view of mountains around you were phenomenal. All hookups worked fine. The pool looked refreshing and the laundry room was clean. There was even an area to let the dog run. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a good stay.

We loved this place! I don't know what staff the last few reviewers were talking about, but everyone we met bent over backwards to be helpful. From helping us solve some laundry room issues to picking out places to eat, they were just great! The site was beautiful. Red rock bluffs behind us and snow capped mountains across the street. Each site had a tree and a picnic table. Baths, showers and laundry areas were beyond clean. Really lovely. Too cool for us to enjoy the new pool and hot tub, but many others were. Would come back here anytime in the area. One tip, we were at the back of the park - last row. Probably less street noise than front rows.

Beware, the new owners no longer accept Passport America. Also a terrible refund policy...watch out if you need to cancel or change plans.
This is a real dust bowl. We had a view of industrial plight out our cab window.
Wifi is weak and slow...if you can get on.
Far from town.
Bathrooms are large and clean.
Spots are not too crowded and have shade trees.
All in all we would not stay here again.

Reserved in Jan for May arrival. THREE DAYS before arrival received email from park manager requesting credit card information (which I gave when making reservation) and asking for $110.00 more than originally confirmed . She explained there was a new owner now and my reservations were during a local special event. To her credit she honored most of the original confirmation price. However, upon arrival, the desk person said we were too early (11:41) for a 1:00 check in and would have to pay a $5 "early arrival fee" even though my assigned space was empty. I asked if I could pull in the park along the side and was told "no, there is no room". I paid the $5.00 and entered the park to find major open areas along the side and back of the park that were completely empty. I then pulled into my assigned site and was met by a different employee who said the person who checked me in was new and made a mistake. My $5.00 was returned. I then opened the brochure they gave me and read check in time is 12:00 not 1:00 .so...... I was actually 19 minutes early. I spent a week there at terribly high rates worrying what else they would find to charge me more money. A nice park, Good facilities but very disconcerting welcome. I will not return.

Nice campground. Nice workers. But, very noisy. Highway noise all night long. After first night, I asked to be moved. Lady at front desk said that they didn't have room. I don't get that. Rigs were coming and going for the 10 days we stayed here. Wifi is terrible to non-existent. Spaces are level gravel but roads are dusty gravel and the 5mph limit is not enforced so when someone speeds through, they leave a dust cloud. Our rig, truck, lawn furniture and picnic table were covered with dust. We had no shade on our site.
Pretty expensive for what you get.
We would not return here.
