Be careful when making a reservation here. Neither their web site nor the person that I made our reservation with told me that their cancellation policy is 25% of the deposit they require at time of registration. In our case I made a one month reservation that I, at a later date had to cancel. Our deposit was $400 which meant that the cancellation charge is $100. When you make a resevation you are not made aware of this excessive
cancellation policy until you receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation and by then they have you caught in their greedy cancellation web. I understand that an rv park will incur a cancellation charge from the credit card companies of about $20 to $25. I do not have a problem with this, but 25% of a large deposit is pure greed on the part of Chula Vista RV Resort.

Nice park. Clean. A showcase of big glamorous RVs were here during our stay. My only complaint about our experience was upon checking in. One office staff member quoted rates for various site locations in which I wrote on the map. Then upon her suggestion we drove around the park to compare and choose. When I came back to the office to sign up there was a different staff member and she quoted $10 more on each site and firmly told me the previous staff member which had then disappeared was wrong. Rather than starting an argument in front of a line of customers I paid the extra $10 and left a bit less enthused about the resort.

Stayed at Chula Vista for five nights in our toy hauler at the end of December. It was a really nice park. Everything was kept clean and well maintained from what I could tell. I would certainly come back again, but if you are in need of good Wifi this is certainly not the place for you. The signal is very poor and the cable tv you can plug into came in very fuzzy...also just a warning if you are an early riser like myself the store, laundry room and weight room don't open til 8.

We loved this park. Nice spacious paved sites separated by nice landscaping. Beautiful grounds. Located next to marina with restaurant. Great pool. Is a great destination resort. We will be back

This is one of the nicest RV parks we have visited. Spacious paved sites divided with hedges and landscaping. Clean and well maintained everything. Many sites offer a view of the San Diego bay and marina. No full timers.Family and pet friendly. Easy access to the wonders of San Diego. We will be back. We stayed here in our 30 ft travel trailer.

This is a fantastic place. Large paved sites with hedges and landscaping for each. Many sites overlook the bay or the marina. This is a "top shelf" experience. No permanent set ups gives this park a campground feel despite the many amenities. Price is high but you get what you pay for. Fitness center. Marina with Resturant. Great pool and immaculate grounds activities, and very pet friendly too.
