Deserves a 4 for location. Well maintained and organized. That's all one can say really. I am an RV Park owner so the WiFi issue particularly annoyed me since there are so many viable options available...allowing this issue to continue uncorrected points to an owner out of touch with their clienteles needs.

Just average.
Pluses: Close to I-80 (2-min). Close to downtown Davenport. Friendly staff. Clean facility.
Minuses: You'll need a shoehorn to fit into the spaces. Common areas (grass, picnic tables) are crammed together. Not much in the way of charm.
Not much to rave about; not much to complain about.
As I said earlier, just average.
