Passable as an overnighter. Tight, a bit difficult to get to going east, and anything but charming.

The site we were assigned was what I would guess is for temporary parking. We were staying for two nights and the site worked just fine. All sites in this section are gravel and there are no trees. The older portion of the park has lots of large trees, however. The park is very clean as are the laundry facilities. Although close to the I-10, the road noise was negligible. The price, however, was pretty steep for what we got. Location must be the reason for the price. It was convenient to El Paso attractions.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Park is very clean and there is a very nice pool. They have a small fenced dog run that is spotlessly clean. Sites were close together. Good place to stop.

I stayed for one month in July 2013. Park is quite and secure. Monthly spaces are short. 37' barely fits. All in all a good park.

We lived at this park for almost two years. The manager of the park is totally against Military. They offered Military Discount and then took it away. The manager is not friendly and does not make you feel welcome there. I will never stay there. If you are in the Military say AWAY!!! They kick people out for complaining. The night guard they have now is unfriendly, loud and gets in your face. I would never recommend this park to anyone ever..
