Montgomery South RV Park

Stopped in for the evening on the way to Gulf Shores. Park is laid out nicely with adequate room between sites. Almost all are pull through. No cable but received 30 or so over the air that were crystal clear. New owners are great and helpful. Will stay here again next time by.

We stopped in for an overnight stay on our way through the area. This place was neat as a pin. Bathrooms were immaculate and spacious, and they even had clean throw rugs outside the shower stalls. And a chair. The laundry room had 2 new speed queen washers and 2 dryers. Trailer sites are pretty close to level, and there's plenty of room to maneuver. The place was quiet and the nearby highway did not bother us. Nothing bad to say!

Loved this place! Sites are level and campground super clean and well maintained. Office staff is super nice and friendly; bathrooms are immaculate and loved having access to full walk in shower as if staying at a nice resort! It does have interstate noise but loved its easy access and commute to area attractions!

Very nice owner who let us come in late. Park was spotless and quiet. Sewer, water and electricity were easy and well maintained.

Good overnight spot near freeway but you can't hear traffic noise. Sites are wide, level, gravel with concrete pads for table. Staff was great. Would Rate it a 5 star if it had cable tv. Verizon cell reception good. Stayed in 5th wheel and will stay here again.

Stayed here April 2017. Extremely clean restrooms. Quite even though not far from Interstate. Easy in and out. I regularly drive between Houston and Saluda, NC and this is a great midway stopping point. Management super easy to work with. I was worried about arriving to late (10pm) but they were still extremely nice about getting me in late and yet getting me out very early. It felt MUCH more safer than overnighting at the usual places (Wallmarts, Cracker Barrel etc).

Great park ,close to the interstate ! Super CLEAN restrooms and lounge area . There's also a Flying J truck stop on this exit. Friendly staff ! We always stop here on our way to and from Florida !

Ok, hears the deal. There are no other acceptable parks near here. Having said that, these folk aren't using that as an excuse. They mean business, good business and bigger business. They're constantly putting all their profit into improvements and Jim will proudly show you em (nice new bathrooms). Careful, he'll give you his favorite hat to get you happy. He and his son are just the most pleasant and accommodating of people. Park hits all the basics well, and for anything else, they'll fix you up.
