For Rest Stop: Both sides were closed with no warning. We needed to check our brakes and diabetic needed to eat. I’d give it a zero if I could.

For Rest Stop: Very clean and new. Big clean bathrooms. Plenty of place to park including big rig spaces. Sparse. No vending machines. There was a food truck there.
