For TK Services, Inc.: I went to TK services in Stockton, Ca. for a quote in Feb 2020 for my 2016 Volvo VNL 780 i was told by the service mgr Gary Garcia that I had 2 choices for installation - either replace one of my 150 gal fuel tanks with a smaller one so the the APU unit could fit or a cheaper option to make a bracket that would house the APU on the back of the truck. Initially, I was surprised that the service mgr of TK Service of better yet Sonsray fleet services a subsidiary of TK services was confident that the unit could be successfully installed in this matter. Convincing me that behind the truck install was viable. So, after the install completion on March 8, 2020 with 1 hr of runtime on the unit for testing, with my 5th wheel in the same place where Gary the service mgr measured for the install after asking him time after time I asked are you sure this will be ok and Gary saying sure we do this all the time. First turn i make after hooking up to my trailer trying to leave my yard to pick up my dedicated load the trailer destroys the APU unit. I went back to the stockton TK where Gary the service mgr and VP of Sonsray Alan Grenier told me under no circumstances are they at fault as a matter of fact as a driver I should have known better. No sympathy for what just happened no shock or amazement, just annoyed that I would even think to bring the unit back to them. So now my insurance company is involved. I will reply with and update once I have one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IS IS PRIVATELY OWNED.......
