For Rest Stop: The north bound rest stop is open to all traffic however there is a parking spot or a pull off area on the access road for the fishing pier, in my travels for work I always seen RVs parked there overnight. Florida highway patrol is cracking down and has stopped all parking on this pull off area. New no RVs or camping signs went up January of 22. FHP is patrolling said spot and chasing RVers away or you will be towed. You can stop at the rest stop for facilities use only.

For Rest Stop: There is a sign for no overnight parking. Maximum parking is only 3 hours. We didn't see the sign. There's a nightime security guard, who woke us up at 3 am and told us to leave.
