Texas Travelers 
For Hoover RV Park: I don’t usually write reviews, good or bad. But I’m making an exception for this place. When I called to make a reservation I asked if there was a pull through long enough for our 33 foot fifth wheel plus truck so we wouldn’t have to unhook for the night. I was assured it would be no problem. When we arrived we were surprised to find nothing more than a huge concrete parking lot with hookups. The space we were assigned was no where near long enough to accommodate our staying hooked up. Since there was also no office in sight I called the number back. After waiting on hold for five minutes I explained the situation and asked if there was a longer lot available. She said no and that not only would we have to unhook but also park our truck in a different parking lot. When we asked to cancel the reservation, I had to argue with her to get my money refunded. It took her twenty minutes to confirm my refund and that I would lose the $4 booking fee. It was a small price to pay to get out of there and find a better campsite.

For Hoover RV Park: Good clean level spots. Easily accessed. Convenient to Interstates. Great WiFi though my ATT connection is very weak. Would stop here again

For Hoover RV Park: Excellent overnight parking, convenient location for Birmingham AL. Easy access for our 41' RV with tow.

Sojourning Souls
For Hoover RV Park: I agree with the previous review - it's a big parking lot but has nice hookups. It's clean and quiet. We stayed for 1 night and there weren't many others there that night (probably 20 or so out of 140ish spots). It's a perfect stop if your passing through and don't feel like boondocking.
