JamuJoe

For KOA Holiday Hot Springs: Typical KOA. Pricey for small tight sites, but shaded and clean. Highway noise. Nice office staff and great ‘valet’ parker.

For KOA Holiday Hot Springs: Other reviews have mentioned the hilly terrain and tight turning requirements - also the friendly staff and clean bathrooms - and even the snug spacing - All of these things are right on. I would add that there's a huge variation in road noise between front and back loops in the park so requesting quiet might help. The tent sites are quieter that average. Level of maintenance of grounds is better than average - would stay here again if passing through.

Grammy

For KOA Holiday Hot Springs: This is a nice park although a little tight for big rigs. Very hilly! Staff are nice and helpful! We had an end site so had a bit more space than most. People were allowed to break the leash rule for dogs which was aggravating and one family even had their dog in the pool area! We weren't really impressed with the National Park and the town was dirty and run down...disappointing.

RandR

For KOA Holiday Hot Springs: This is a nice campground super convenient to the National Park. Although this Park accepts Big Rigs, I would not classify it as Big Rig Friendly. It is quite hilly and our 45 foot Motorhome drug several times. The check in area is quite tight and we could not make one of the turns without jockeying once. Would stay here again if we were in a smaller camper.

LizB

For KOA Holiday Hot Springs: This was a really great campground. The staff was very helpful. The sites were shady and flat. They might be a little bit tight to get into with a big rig. We have a pop up and had no trouble. Everything was spotlessly clean.

James

For KOA Holiday Hot Springs: Maintenance staff friendly. Reservations staff not knowledgeable of own system and not friendly. Denied request to accommodate a delayed checkout. No reason given other than, "Don't know who is coming in behind you." This in off season/late January and park mostly vacant. Tight driving and parking. Noticeable traffic noise.
