For Sylamore Creek Camp: Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of Sylamore Creek Camp. Getting to the campground is all on good roads and just off the hwy leading into Mountain View. The roads in the campground are gravel and have many potholes. The office was open and everyone were friendly. There is a camp store with basic supplies. They gave us a map and it was easy to follow to our site. Our site was site F, a pull thru with a fire pit, and picnic table. Our site was not level and required blocks. It had been raining so the site was muddy. It needed more gravel. The campground has no seasonal folks that we noticed. The bath house was rundown. No club house or recreational center. No pool but the river can be used to swim in, if you like cold muddy water. No hot tub. The sites have cable but you must pay for a box in order for it to work. The Wifi worked good. The campground was peaceful, except on weekend and then the crazy loud people come out. There is a slight road noise since it is close to the highway and a bridge.
Most of the sites did not look level and they all seem narrow and close to your neighbor. Our site was large and away from everyone else, which made it nice. There was no view of the river from any of the upper sites. Most of the trees need to be trimmed. The tree look to hit and touch most motorhomes. Rain does not drain good and many sites have standing water. Some very bad. The lower camp sites are not meant for big rigs. It seems this campground just needs lots of maintenance. If I did come back, I would only choose site F, or I would not stay.

For Sylamore Creek Camp: My husband and I stayed here 5/30/19-6/2/19. As other reviewers have said the people who run the camp are very nice. The WiFi was pretty bad and our Verizon service was almost nonexistent. Since it was a weekend it was quite crowded by the creek but it had cleared out when we left on Monday. Most of the full hookup sites are pretty close together. If we stay again for full hookup we would try to get site F. Sites 21-28 are on the creek and have water and electricity but will be crowded on a summer weekend. My preference would be 28 since it’s a pull through with only neighbors on one side and a little trail that leads to Sylamore creek.

For Sylamore Creek Camp: Agree with other reviews that it is a good place. I liked camping in the high pine trees. Been there twice. Large sites. Lots to do in area and park is super convenient to road but quiet. Bathrooms could do with updating and not really big enough if the park is really full. Good store and firewood.

For Sylamore Creek Camp: This an awesome campground with some sites right on Sylamore Creek. Other are in a beautiful pine grove. The owner is a friendly guy who is great with kids. We stay here often for getaway weekends less than an hour from home. Also, great access to Mountain View Music on the Square.
