For Downtown Riverside RV Park: Nice clean flat concrete pads with gravel between. $33 for river side back in, $30 middle pull through, and $25 for back in away from the river in Nov of 2020. Nice bike trail over the river to get to downtown Little Rock. When leaving, if you need to go south, I recommend taking hwy 70 east to interstate 440, the merge lane on interstate 30 southbound is extremely short and uphill with blocked views. I’m surprised their are not more accidents.

For Downtown Riverside RV Park: Nice clean park with level concrete sites. We back right up to the Arkansas River. Management is very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were not open due COVID. Easy off and on from I30. Will definitely stay here again

Ashley

For Downtown Riverside RV Park: Nice park for a couple days. It’s next to a nice walking bridge that goes over the river and to the Clinton presidential library and a nice wetland boardwalk too. There is NO SHADE at this park and you’re one concrete and gravel and the sea wall is concrete. If it’s summer make sure your A/C is ready to work hard. We felt very safe here and would stay again. We can’t say how the bathhouse was as they were closed due to COVID.

JMS

For Downtown Riverside RV Park: Really nice RV Park! Beautiful view of river and downtown. Sites are big and spacious. Nice picnic tables and a pavilion with shade curtains and lots of tables. Good pet area and plenty of space for both the pets and kids to run around. Clean and well-kept. Host is friendly and efficient. Sites are paved, with gravel beside. Close (via a very short walk) to really nice city walking and biking path, including beautiful pedestrian bridge over the river, which leads straight to the presidential library and downtown. Heard a little rumbling overnight from the interstate bridge but it wasn’t very noisy over our white noise machines and AC fan, which we ran all night. There is some shade to enjoy on the property but not much where the RV spaces are. We’d definitely stay here again. Great for overnight or a longer stay.

For Downtown Riverside RV Park: Very friendly staff. Nice long pull through sites, some nice back-in sites that face the river. The monthly rate is very affordable. Great restaurants a nice walk away. Very much enjoyed our stay at this park.

For Downtown Riverside RV Park: Great location, friendly staff. The area is a bit worn down because of the recent flooding but I’m sure they will rebuild as soon as they can. This area got hit hard this past May. We had planned to stay in West Memphis but our reservation was cancelled because the park is flooded. We decided to continue on to Little Rock and called this park. They had space for us in the overflow area for the night with electric and water. We used the dump station the next morning which was easy. The pedestrian bridge right next to the park was closed because of the flooding, but there was another one a half mile away. We walked over to the Clinton Museum the next morning. The owners let us check out by noon instead of 11 so that we could spend a couple of hours at the museum. My only complaint - no recycling! It was ironic considering the huge plastic art environmental display at the museum just across the river.

For Downtown Riverside RV Park: We stayed in September . Had nice river view, and city view . The park is well kept and the staff friendly. Was very quiet for the downtown location. Would stay here again.
