For Greentree RV Park: don’t know how this place is getting 4 and 5 star reviews. It is horrible. Yes, there are very few RV parks in this area, but avoid this one if you can. It is a very run down small RV park that is crammed beside and behind a old motel 8. The spots are small and you will scrape tree branches when pulling into a spot. The roads are so full of pot holes it’s impossible to miss them. The dumpster is overflowing with trash and garbage, but that’s ok, most of the campers there look semi permanent and have trash, old cars, pallets, tires and even a decrepit tractor around them. There are no pads. We were parked in mud. The water spigot was completely rusted on the outside. It felt very unsafe. It also cost almost $40 per night in the off season. You have to go to the motel 8 office to pay. I asked for discounts and the lady said no discounts because they were the cheapest prices in the area. I cannot recommend this place at all. Plan ahead and stay somewhere else!

For Greentree RV Park: The choices of places to stay in the NW ARKANSAS area are few and far between. This place is fine for a quick overnight place to park, but would not want to staty longer. No pads just weeds to park on with electrical and water sticking up. Lots of junk just sitting around the area. Old shopping carts, deserted pots of dead plants, wood pallets, etc. If you like to go to the casino it is just a block or two down the street. Lots of street traffic noise.
Person checking us in was very nice. Park could be nice with just some attention and maintenance work.

For Greentree RV Park: Good access. Office is in motel there. Drives have some pot holes and you want to get further from highway if you can. Could also hear train but it was fine off in the distance. Wifi worked.
