For Sundance West RV Resort: Upon arrival, you aren't given any park rules or regulations. There are none posted in the office. The park manager is selective in his enforcement of what he considers park rules and regulations. Basically, if he doesn't like you, you're forced out after your rented time period is over. I called the company office and was told , "If you don't like it, just move." Worst case of management I've ever encountered.

For Sundance West RV Resort:
Date of Stay: January, 2017

Upon registering 1/5 on a monthly basis, there was a $20 "electric fee" on the receipt. I asked if that was a deposit toward electric usage. Was told if we departed by the 5th that $20 would be our only charge for electric usage. I had her repeat that and she did. I made notes. On 1/30 I went to the office to confirm what date they had us leaving. I told them the 5th. Was told by the other lady "be sure you stop on so we can take a meter reading". I said according to (First Lady) if we are out be the 5Th the $20 would be all that was due. She immediately went VALKYRIE saying she was wrong..."she shouldn't have said that". Not my problem and I said have her come into the office and let's talk about it. She refused saying she was not going to call her. Again, not my problem. Not paying anything else. The next day the Manager/maintenance/golf cart driver came by telling me we had to be out the 5th and would not have to pay any more for electric. As an aside, when we first arrived I complained about low voltage at our pedistal. He denied problem. He said it was my coach. Had heard because it was such an old park nothing had been replaced or upgraded. In a new park now....now electric issues. All good. When he said we wouldn't have to pay anymore for electric that told me he had spoken with the registration lady and confirmed she in fact told me there would be no further charge. He refused to talk with me. Given their horrendous attitude I know darned well if they though I was wrong they would have been all over me to pay. Here's where it gets even more interesting. We had good friends joining us on the 30th at this park. They would be staying a week. When they arrived I got a phone call from them saying they were not being allowed to register. "If you are a friend of (me) you can't stay here!". Unbelievable! So the childish ego of "Manager" Butch took over. So we had to find a spot for them at another nearby park....which we did for $100 less.
