For Rest Stop: Overall a very well maintained facility. Little to no shaded parking spots midday in summer. Pets absolutely not allowed on the green lawn areas (we saw maintenance workers showing no hesitation to loudly confront offenders). The large gravel lot nearest Hwy 2 is posted “Commercial Vehicle Parking Onlyâ€. Traffic and noise are light at night, but cars do regularly enter and exit at all hours, some at fairly high speed. So “peaceful†may or may not describe a typical visit here.

For Rest Stop: Large and fairly quiet. Clean. Heated bathrooms for all season use. Unlikely to be bothered if you sleep overnight in RV/vehicle.
